JSSMC registration is exclusively for students currently enrolled at JSS Medical College and requires no registration fee. Additionally, most cultural events are free for JSSMC delegates — the only events that require payment from JSSMC students are: Street Play, Fashion Show, Twin Vogue, Battle of Bands, Art Attack, Group Dance, Escape Room, Face Off, and all gaming events (FIFA, BGMI, CODM). External registration is for students from other colleges, who must purchase any of the delegate kits and pay for all events.
If you're registering with friends, simply click the '+ Add Member' button during the registration process to add their details. When adding multiple members, you will be prompted to provide a Team Name. The first person listed automatically becomes the Team Lead.
No. Event registration is strictly permitted only after successful delegate registration. Participants who have not completed the delegate registration will not be able to sign up for any events.
No, once your registration is submitted and the payment is being processed, you cannot manually change your delegate kit. If you need to upgrade your delegate kit, please contact our support team directly before your payment is verified.
Once the delegate registration is completed and confirmed, participants may go to the events page and proceed to register for one or more events of their choice (subject to eligibility and availability). On the events page, you just have to put in your unique delegate ID and our system will fetch all your details. You need not input any personal information again. Delegate registration is compulsory for all participants, irrespective of the number or type of events they wish to participate in.
Unfortunately, delegate kits and event registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Please note that payments made are final and cannot be refunded.
Yes. A single delegate registration allows participants to register for multiple events, provided they meet the specific criteria and schedules for each event.
Participants are required to carry a valid college ID card for verification and present any registration confirmation (online/offline) at the venue. JSSMC students specifically must show their college ID on the day of the event.
